Information we collect

When you make an enquiry, we collect your name, work email address, optional organisation, optional telephone number, selected service, message, contact preference, consent record and submission time.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to your request and take steps at your request before entering a possible contract. Where required, we also rely on your consent to use your selected communications channel.

How long we retain it

Unconverted enquiries are intended to be deleted after 90 days. If you become a client, relevant information will move into the controlled client-record environment and follow the applicable client retention schedule.

Who receives it

Access is limited to authorised Veloxis personnel. We do not sell enquiry data.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and may withdraw consent. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
